The location is central in Hythe, the room was nicely appointed and comfortable but at £60 per night for a single guest it was overpriced. I had a twin room and the TVwas fixed to the wall in such a way that it could only comfortably be viewed from one bed. The room was overpriced as breakfast is not included,... More

We stayed in the family room that has 3 single beds and couldn't fault a thing. Lovely decor, comfy beds, nice bathroom. Fridge was helpful as we put milk in for cereal for my son who is hungry at 6.30am so didn't order breakfast here. we had a complimentary fruit-bowl too which was a nice touch. good location at the... We recently stayed in the triple room - very good size room and bathroom, spotlessly clean and comfortable single beds. Well located at a quiet end of the long high street in the charming cinq town of Hythe. The room had a large wardrobe, fridge stocked with complimentary bottled water (nice touch!) and a microwave but I think the triple... More

Just back from three nights here. Nice accomodation. Top floor double was clean and airy. Large bathroom - shower gel and soap provided. Location of the guest house is perfect for the town centre. Change of towels would have been nice, and showering a bit awkward as it effectively being an attic room there's really nowhere to put the shower... More

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. We got a very good deal and were very happy. The room was very clean and and had an enormous shower room. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge which was kept stocked with bottled water. I initially found the bed too hard for my back and asked the... More

We stayed for 3 nights in October got quite a good deal for 3 nights. We were on the top floor and the room was light and airy, if somewhat small. Bathroom was clean and neat, lacked a light on the mirror. Breakfast, disappointing, was a tray brought to our room, we are both diabetic so could only eat the one... More

Stayed 3 nights. The room was very nice - clean with a comfortable bed and reasonably quiet. Unfortunately there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, although the room was non smoking. Bathroom was very spacious but lack of any shower gel/shampoo was a bit disappointing as was the lack of shelving to put anything you might bring with... More

An excellent accommodation. Good location in central Hythe and within walking distance of the sea front, steam railway, and right next to the high street for some nice shops, eateries and pubs. Only stayed 1 night but will definitely stay again if visiting the area. Check in was smooth, with the owner making text message contact the day before to... More
