We stayed whilst visiting friends nearby. The hosting is perfect, welcoming and with all details attended to. The rooms are beautifully thought out and full of character as well as being really clean. My bathroom and bedroom looked over the fields behind with a view from the bathtub. Breakfasts included everything you'd need and great additions even for vegetarians. Would... More

Spent a night here on a visit to Kent and it was more than I expected. Lovely place, lovely owner and quite close to my kid's school. Will return definitely. The lovely owner picked me from the train station and dropped me off the next day which saved me from a lot of stress.

I stayed for 2 nights in June 2013. Was not easy to find but lies just after/before the hilltop. Warm welcome and helpful and friendly owners. Fresh, cosy and newly decorated rooms. I'd like to come again for any stay in Kent our Surrey.

From the moment you are greeted at the front door, you receive a warm welcome, and this warmth remains the whole stay. Due to the nature of our weekend, we were in and out quite a bit, and Helen was very accommodating. The rooms are clean and fresh and the bathrooms are spotless. I would recommend this B and B... I attended a course nearby and booked Honey Lodge with 24 hours notice. Helen who runs Honey Lodge is one of the nicest people I have met in ages. I stayed for 3 nights and every morning I could have had fruit, yogurts, cereals or a hot breakfast. Everything was cooked beautifully. I stayed in two rooms, the first was... More

An upmarket B&B had double booked our reservation despite an upfront deposit and we had nowhere to stay. A local pub, very helpfully, rang Honey Lodge and they had a spare room. Helen was lovely, so kind and welcoming - great room and everything was spotless. Breakfast was enormous and we were helped on our way by husband, Nick -... More

Four of us arrived on bikes, dripping wet and weary after being caught in a 'tail of a hurricane' storm. In spite of our bedraggled appearance we had the warmest of welcomes from Nick and Helen. Helen looks and sounds a dead ringer for Twiggy! The B and B operation is attached to but not integral to the house .... More

As a general rule, I don't always like B &B's but this is an exception to the rule! You do not feel as if you're staying in someone else's house at all as the rooms are completely separate from the house! Rooms gorgeously decorated and comfy. My room had a tv with lots of DVDs to choose from as well... More

This is the best B&B and I've travelled a lot on business. I've now stayed twice and each time has been fantastic from the friendly welcome and fresh hot coffee even at arriving at 9p!! to the wonderful room, comfy bed and fresh delicious breakfast. As I have regular business in the area Helens number is in my favourites so... More

I stayed at Hunny Lodge with a friend. We shared the twin room. As mums of young children on a weekend off, a couple of good night sleep were very important to us. Luckily the room was great and the beds were very comfortable. We returned home revitalised. The owners were very accommodating, they even gave us a lift to... More
