Having booked through a newspaper offer we didn't expect luxury, but even we were shocked at the condition of the caravan. It was dirty, the windows were badly fitting and the shower blocked. There was nothing to light the cooker with, the t.v. Had no remote and no way of working. The area the van was in was very tired... More

I stayed for Easter for a week. The facilities were good but while they were doing the Easter egg hunt the entertainer kept saying to put a good review on Facebook and tripadvisor. However, i think people should not be bribed to put good reviews up for people to see and actually put their real opinions and views to aid... More

Just back from spending the August bank holiday at New Beach and it wasn't exactly a peaceful, relaxing stay. We've camped at this site before but never in the school holidays and we'll never come back again in the school holidays - part of the problem is that the owners/managers don't issue any rules or expected behaviour from it's campers... We stayed here bank holiday weekend. It was fairly busy but not over run. We managed to get a spot in the corner of the field which was ok. The facilities on site are poor, the toilets and showers dirty, no hot water for washing up crockery and not enough bins so they over flow. There is a basic play... More

Have recently come back froma weekend at new beach, I was very disappointed as we had visited 3 years ago for a week and had a lovely time. The place has changed owners and though he was pleasant enough, the facilities were terrible, there was never any toilet roll, there was poo smeared on the toilet walls and toilet roll... More
