Came to park on a Sun deal just for a break with friends. Imagine its a good base in the summer but its bleak and miserable in October. Given a map of site to show where caravan was. Took a while to find as we couldnt see a number anywhere. Turned out it was written with a marker pen by... More

Admittedly we had booked a Sun hol deal so wasn't expecting amazing things but there are basic levels of cleanliness and maintenance. We were allotted a chalet which was fine (or so we thought until we saw it) the outside needed total redecorating it was a disgrace not one surface was painted all was flaking. We went inside the bathroom... More

I have recently had a midweek break on the Touring park, Monday 4th August / Friday 8th at Park Holidays, New Beach, Dymchurch. I have visited many touring sites over the years with my caravan, I have to say, this is probably the worst one I have been to. On arrival at the Touring reception shed, midday, I found the... More

We arrived abit early but were given our keys 1/2 early we then located our Caravan which was no 619 which was lovely, brand new, clean, flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. As you can not park next to your caravan it would be very helpful if the site owners provided some sort of trollies to help you... More

Where can i start?? The site is full of chavs, and drunks. Young kids outside the entrance at all hours smoking drugs and generally being anti-social. Our caravan was filthy with duvets stained, carpets that suppose to be pink, were like a dirty grey/black. We were in caravan 128!!! The caravan really just stunk and to be honest needs dumping...
