Solley Farmhouse is a jewel amongst B&Bs, cheerful welcome, warm and comfortable rooms, heated floors in the bathroom, spotless and loads of other little touches that make the stay so enjoyable. Sandy's breakfasts are delicious, with all local produce expertly cooked. In fact, breakfast is so wonderful and relaxing you just don't want to go out! more

Solley farm house is one that has been tastefully restored offering both character features including wooden beams with comfortable and superbly decorated and furnished rooms with great attention to detail. I enjoyed a two night stay at Solley Farm House while visiting friends in the area, and was very impressed by the quality of the accommodation - definitely one of the best B&B's I've stayed in over many years traveling across the UK. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the breakfasts delicious (I recommend the scrambled eggs - lovely!).... more
