We stayed at the house and it was great. Enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Although it snowed while we were there the house was so cozy we just stayed in our pajamas and cooked breakfast the whole time......lol. The Fraley's are excellent hosts and go out of there way to make you vacation an enjoyable experience........many thanks

Fraley House is lovely in every way imaginable. The room was quiet and cozy, the bed was comfortable, no skimping on the pillows or towels. And the breakfasts were divine. Mel seems to take a dietary restriction as a fun challenge, supplying bread, cookies, muffins to fit any need. The hosts are in the business because they love it, and... More

The most welcoming & thoughtful B & B owners I have ever met, they treat you like family friends from the beginning. The main level of the inn was decked out for Christmas which made it feel like a New England holiday retreat right out of the movies. Do not miss breakfast, it was a perfect way to start the... My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting Granville, Ohio, home of Denison University. The B&B and its setting are just beautiful. Near the end of a dead end street, 100 yards from a magnificent bike and hike trail, and a short distance to the town center and the University, this lovely B&B has it all. It... More

We arrived on a Sunday just in time to watch the Patriots beat the Broncos. The owners and operators, Mel and Reed, are wonderful people and we enjoyed learning about Grandville and the area. Also learned that Mel is a Browns fan and she prepares an excellent breakfast. I do believe she must have cooked for football players because there... More

We stayed for one evening at the Fraley house and loved it! Delicious breakfast and the suite room is terrific! Located just outside if Denison University - we will return! Duke the dog was a sweet companion to visit during our stay and Mel and Reed are charming hosts. Thank you!

We needed a quiet break and found a perfect B&B. Mel is a very sweet innkeeper and hands on. Our room had a jacuzzi tub and a big plus a pool and hot tub were out in the back. There's a screened in back porch that was lovely to enjoy the late evening without being bothered by bugs. We slept... More

This was the first time my wife and I stayed at a Bed & Breakfast. We were a little wary but it turned out to be a great experience. The owners Reed and Mel (Mary Elizabeth?) are lovely people and very personable. The room was very clean and the breakfast was really excellent. I had to help my wife finish... More

My husband and I stayed at the Fraley House for 2 nights last month while visiting our son at Dennison University. We have stayed at many B&Bs over the years, and I can't think of any that were more pleasant than this one! We had the Patio Suite with an extra little sitting area and a private entrance. Everything was... More

I recently stayed here with my son while visiting colleges and we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming spot. We had the "Suite" room, which included a large bedroom, a spacious second room (separated by a curtain) with a futon, and a huge double-sinked bathroom. Perfect for traveling with a teenager. The house is ideally situated just over a... More
