We visited Bull Farm Oast in August 2014 from South Africa to attend a wedding, what a wonderful experience to be able to stay at a b&b which feels like a home away from home. Bull Farm Oast B&B is not only a charming, meticulously clean, spacious and inviting boutique country B&B but the warm and inviting hosts Prue, Andrew... More

Bull Farm Oast is a real gem! We had a great experience from start to finish, from the offer of a train station pick up when we arrived (which although we didn't need was a very kind offer) to the friendly and welcoming host Andy, who couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely and well equipped room (the fresh milk... More

My sister and I spent two days at Bull Farm Oast B&B and we very much enjoyed our stay. I was looking forward to it as I had seen Prue's and Andy's Website before. And I was not at all disappointed! Prue and Andy are really great hosts, very friendly, had time for a chat and gave us good hints... More

A lovely B&B with Andy and Prue being very welcoming, helpful and flexible without being too much. We stayed for two nights and due to work, we kept some slightly unsociable hours, but they were both happy to accommodate us. The breakfast was great, especially the poached egg, and the location was perfect for a couple of garden tours as... More

Thanks Prue and Andy for the hospitality. They gave excellent advices on traveling, dining and everything around the area. Breakfast was good, the rooms were clean and equipped with everything we need. will definitely go back when we visit the area again.

We stayed with Prue and Andrew whilst we were in the area on business and they were absolutely delightful. Despite the fact that we were sent very good directions we got lost and Andy stood in the rain under an umbrella till we found him and knew we had arrived! He also was the most amicable 'taxi' to and from... More

Prue and Andy not only have a clean and quaint old English home, they also have the most comfortable beds of all my travels in the area and a full delicious full English breakfast . Any one choosing this b&b will not be disappointed! Very knowledgable about the area too.

We spent a week enjoying Prue and Andrew's generous hospitality; from first contact to last goodbye they could not have been more charming and attentive, but in a very relaxed and unobtrusive way. The rooms (we stayed extra days so moved to another room) were comfortable and typical of an older traditional building; simple, well thought out and unfussy. There... More

Keep coming back to this gem and the gems running it Prue & Andrew. Tasteful rooms with antiques in them and a comfortable bed! Not only do you get a great place and breakfast served with love but a wealth of knowledge of the Kent area to make your trip go well.

Today, whilst in my white garden, I had a crystal clear string of memories from our visit to Andy and Prue 15 months ago. White Queen Anne's lace took me back to their garden, where Japanese anenomes grow like weeds! Pale blue flowers reminded me of that lovely blue room upstairs and those idyllic days we spent there. I flinched,... More
