This is the 3rd year we have visited The West Bay Country Club with the grandchildren for a weekend break before they return to school from the school holidays. The cottages are all of a high standard and clean with almost everything you need. What attracted us to The West Bay Country Club in the first place with the amount... More

We stayed at West Bay for a week in August. We have three year-old twins and I wanted somewhere that had a pool and play area in case the weather was wet. I didn't want lots of organised fun or evening entertainment and so West Bay seemed to fit the bill. It was the first time I have actually been... More

I love the west bay cottages, in short these are the reasons you should book - great modern, clean accommodation, the on site spa and club offering activities all day, mostly FOC for adults and children, the freedom that children have to scoot and play on the greens in front of the cottages, the excellent customer service, the cafe for... We travelled to the IOW 2 years ago and stayed in a cottage for half the price of this place. (We had 3 kids back then too.) All in all - this place was well worth the extra money which we spent. It is nice and modern inside and the indoor pool/sports centre is just enough entertainment to make use... More

We stayed here recently for the second time and had a lovely break. It's a great place, the complex is very well maintained and the concept is high quality, sport focused, family holidays, which is what we were after! Our cottage was a Vermont, 2 storey, 2 bedroom and was very nice, but having stayed here 2 years ago we... More

Recently returned from a 10-day family holiday at the West Bay Club. Friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities. It wasn't the cheapest place we looked at but we considered it offered good value for money on the right side of the island for us. The grounds are very well maintained and although the complex was full when we stayed we never... More

With good quality accomodation and extensive facilities on site this is an ideal destination for a familly holiday on the island. In addition to everything mentioned on previous reviews, the club have also arranged for local comapines to come onsite and provide evening food. Great BBQ laid on by BrownRigg Farm and freshly baked pizza from Wildwood Pizza Van. Havng... More

We stayed for 4 night mon-fri in a 3 bed house with a 10 yr old boy and 14 yr old girl. We weren't sure what to expect but were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we experienced smiles from friendly, helpful and willing staff - a superb approach from everyone we met. The kids enjoyed the fab indoor... More

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 storey fully equipped house for a week in July and wished we'd stayed longer. With play parks, sports, clubs, swimming pools, spa, cafe, childrens activities, bbqs, a shop and plenty of space, there's more than enough to do on site to keep the children entertained and only a couple of minutes from Yarmouth, it's... I've stayed at West Bay several times and it is always superb. There are so many good things about this place from the accommodation, to the grounds to the staff who are always friendly and helpful and seem to really enjoy their jobs. What really impresses is how they are always making improvements year on year from the quality of... More
