Stayed here with young kids. We were all made to feel extremely welcome. Lovely surroundings, kids loved looking at the horses and playing with Mollie the dog. Easily accessible from Ryde. Nice breakfast too!

We stayed with Mary for 3 nights in June and we wish we could have stayed a week! Lovely home with a beautiful back garden and patio area; a wonderful place for eating breakfast or watching the horses in the field next door. Mary was the perfect host, she was very helpful and friendly and she shared some great local... More

I needed to be close to work and this was closest. The price was really good when you consider the location and the cleanliness. I always read the bad reviews before and some places in Ryde were bad. Pencombe house was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable. The ensuite was as clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities with... More

We had another lovely 2 nights rest at this fantastic B&B. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed. The beautifully cooked breakfast will keep you going all day long. We loved to watch the birds in garden & the horses in the field behind. As well as ejoying the far reaching views across the solent.

Pencombe House is a comfortable modern house, close to Ryde and opposite the Brickfields Horse Country riding stables. Room nice, clean, really quiet at night, lovely to have no traffic noise : just birdsong and the occasional neigh. Splendid breakfast. Children are made welcome, and you have free entry to Brickfields if staying at Pencombe. There is plenty of parking... More

This bed and breakfast is lovely. The rooms are a reasonable size, not huge but perfectly adequate. The lady who runs this B&B is very nice and can not do enough for you, without being intrusive. The breakfast was spectacular. Full English, as much toast, cereal, tea and coffee as you would like. We didn't need to eat at lunchtime... More
