We arrived 9th August, I can only assume in a different hotel to the last reviewer. The rooms were basic but good, towels changed more often than necessary and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The owner gave the place a nice laid back feel.

Free WiFi but doesn't work in all areas. The beds are the worst I have slept in, or should say lack of sleep. No toiletries in the rooms and for what they charge this is a disgrace. My partner and I stayed here for the weekend. The service was great when I asked for a couple extra tea /coffees and they gave us more than enough. Was brilliant having a fridge in our room. Our only issue was the shower head. Clean, quiet, relaxed, good location and friendly.

None of the usual hotel facilities - bar, dining etc. You have to go into town to get food. Incredibly noisy road outside - one of the main Ryde through routes - Pelcian crossing going off all night. With over 30 years of airline travel this is a little gem...The staff is wonderful...i look for a very clean and local place to stay...walk into the town of Ryde and catch transportation to all the sights on the Isle of Wight...excellent price and value...
