We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend in August. Great location with a short walk to Cowes and the ferry port. We had a running event over the weekend and the hosts were so helpful with everything we needed. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Cowes

Excellent in every respect. It was a last minute booking; the room was immaculate and a secure place was quickly found for my bike. The "Caledon stack" breakfast was also first rate. Friendly and efficient service. Mark B

We stayed 1 night on Sunday and it was lovely, we received a text in the morning asking if we would like to drop our bags in early and we were greeted by a very welcoming and friendly Andrea. The room was very comfortable with a great view. The breakfast was delicious with a good range and all local produce!... More

Booked very recently for a 2 night stay whilst we prepared our boat for a regatta. I had wanted to book an ensuite room but as this was not available at the time of booking accepted shared facilities. I was impressed even before arriving to receive a text message checking my arrival time and confirming I would be able to... More

I would recommend The Caledon for anyone looking for a B&B in Cowes, great location, lovely room and fantastic breakfast. It beats a chain hotel hands down. Keep up the good work, would definitely return.

A superb guest house where Mark and Andrea have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Good location. Breakfast was delicious with locally sourced produce. Hosts very amiable and helpful. I have stayed in many guesthouses in Cowes and shall certainly chose The Caledon for my next visit.

A fantastic guest house with pleasantly decorated rooms, great en suite facilities and lovely personable hosts. The breakfast surpasses most hotels by using delicious local produce cooked expertly. Set a short walk away from Cowes this homely place is one I'll be returning to and urge you to do the same. Oh, and have the sausages - they're awesome.

Stayed one night in a simple, homely but beautiful room, very comfortable bed, nice and clean, Mark cooks a fantastic breakfast and Andrea made time to chat and make us feel at home. Close enough to walk to shops bars and restaurants, also chain ferry and red jet, could nt have asked for any better

I managed to book the last available room for a business trip on the island over the Isle of Wight Festival weekend. I was very happy to find a spotlessly clean and immaculately decorated guest house, run by two lovely owners in the form of Mark and Andrea. Mark and Andrea were great hosts, both pleasant and professional and gave... More

At the beginning of June I booked two nights in September at this guest house for myself and my husband, as part of a touring holiday on the Island, and paid the full amount (£188) in advance by credit card. I considered that we had a contract, and looked forward to spending time in this highly-rated establishment. Three weeks later,... More

Hello Mary, We are so so disappointed that you have decided to rate us so badly on trip advisor especially having sympathised with us over the phone about the difficulty in getting away in our business. It has bought Andrea to tears! You are correct that we were unable to honour the booking that you made with us as we... More
