The cafe is wonderful, the staff friendly and great to talk to. The food served is all home cooked, and of top quality, very nice place to have some food and only five minuets from the front. And for the kids, there is a train that runs around the top of the room on a shelf, keeps all the kids... More

Popped in here for lunch after our trip to cowes. It's on the high street so not to difficult to miss but there are a selection of places to go to. The veggie options encouraged us to go here and they were really pleased we did. Big jacket potatoes with loads of fillings, nice eggs and a good breakfast. Left... More

Popped in for a cup of tea and a slice of cake. I decided to go for the pineapple cake. The sponge was lovely but unfortunately it had this horrible bright yellow buttercream on it that didn't taste very nice. Service was great, a wasp decided to take a drink of my coke mentioned this to the lady at the... More

Considering it was Cowes week the prices were excellent compared with alot of places who seem to put their prices right up. Had a Sunday dinner first time and a... More

Some of the best home made cakes I have ever tasted in my life - and such a huge array of them to choose from, too! Staff are very friendly and welcoming indeed, as well as extremely helpful! I will definitely be coming back!

We wandered into here as there were quite a few people already there, always a good sign! We had kippers and poached eggs which were perfect. My husband had the all day breakfast which was huge! Lovely lady in there who's service was spot on and so friendly as well

Superb mega Breakfast. The works and it tasted great at very reasonable price. The staff are welcoming and never leave you waiting for anything. The cafe is situated in the main town centre and is easily accessible

It really is dated and old fashioned (the coffee shop), and it took me back 40 years, but actually it added to it's charm. Proper food.......no roquette or parmesan shavings. We had beans on toast with a poached egg..........yum. We did laugh though as the sauce was brought to the table in massive Happy Shopper catering bottles. The cakes looked... More
