We stayed at the Anchorage Guesthouse for one night for my boyfriend's sailing race. I was on my own for the day and wanted to see the island. The guesthouse is well situated for Cowes and is newly refurbished. We found the hosts not as friendly as we were led to believe and found them a bit " false ". We had a room on the ground floor which was small, with no chair and a minute shower room. The washbasin was tiny and it had a shelf... more

Overall this is a comfortable and well located b and b near to the town centre of Cowes. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the house has been renovated to a high standard.
