Not the cheapest b&b accom I've ever used, but the room was very clean and tidy with a fridge, breakfast was good, parking was easy and the house was in a peaceful location with a nice view from the room. Comfortable weekend stay in a lovely old house. Excellent breakfast and friendly owners. Good choice for walkers as it is right on the Ridgeway and very close to the Ashridge Forest. Great find in an area where accommodation is hard to find.
