Booked through laterooms. For a motorway services hotel we werent expecting much but pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and basic but as a cheap crashpad it was more than suitable. Service station nearby expensive for breakfast as hotel has no proper breakfast facilities (only pre packed "continental" in a bag). Staff very friendly and willing to help. We stayed(3 of us) here for 10 nights and found our experience great.The rooms were as advertised quiet and very clean,the staff was courtious and helpfull.The Welcome Break service plaza was also a great, but a bit of an overpriced choice if we could not get into the nearby towns for food and supplies.With a bit of planning this Days... more

We booked this online at a special rate of £35.00 per room as a Xmas stop off whilst visiting family in Barnet. It was clean, comfortable and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend it for a basic crash pad as long as you don't mind being in the middle of a busy service station... more

I'm a Londoner living in France and very often pop over to the UK to see family and friends. As most of them are based in North London this is a very well placed hotel to be based at AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A CAR. It would be very difficult to stay at this hotel if you had to... more
