I cannot discourage you enough to avoid this absolutely abysmal "Hotel". It is dirty, it is very run down, it is uncomfortable and worst of are the staff ,especially the manageress, wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face, they do not even pretend to respect their customers! The first night I stayed here they gave me... More

From the photographs on their website it loooks amazing - find me this photographer quick, I could do with his handiwork!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an awful place. It can't be doing the town of Leominsters reputation any good. The rooms are terrible - old beds, peeling paintwork, worn bedding. Music pumped out till after one in the morning and people vomitting by... More

Well, where do I begin?! Firstly the owner who greeted us was rather rude. As we went up to our room, we observed that it smelt, the ceiling was cracked in various places and was even falling in! Once we got to our room, the door looked as though it had been repeatedly kicked, punched and god knows what else!... More

Had booked this room for my husband and daughter who were in the area for a Judo competition. I had a frantic phone call from a near by restaurant from my daughter who was very upset. The room was horrible. The door was broken, looked as though it had been kicked open from the outside. This made my daughter very... More

I wish that I had checked the reviews on here before I booked this place! We booked through booking.com but when we arrived they had no record of that as their computer had been broken down. We were still given a room though and it was a budget room at £35 per night. We paid an extra £5 each for... More

I stayed the night of the 21st Sept in the budget room - £25 , so was not expecting a palace. I don't usually read reviews if I am only stopping overnight, as most are hypercritical. The linen and towels were spotless, the bed very comfy. ( I have a serious back condition, so need a bed with some 'give')... More

We stayed here last weekend and unfortunately will not return. We booked a room for 5 which was the annex and was at the back of the hotel overlooking the smoking area. The room was basic and not well cleaned, the Windows which are old and thin were dusty, the light fittings covered in dust, with 2 light bulbs blown.... More

This hotel has long since past its best. Everything has worn out and very poor quality. No sign outside to even tell us the name. My heart sank when I walked in. If we had not booked online and they had my credit card details we would have turned right round at the door and moved on. No breakfast but... More
