Recently stayed in Holly Lodge on a work trip with colleagues - absolutely lovely cosy place and lovely owners too - we even had homemade cookies appear in our room! Highly recommend! Be sure to book in at the Tram next door for dinner too if you stay.

We spent three nights over Christmas, whilst visiting family in the beautiful Black and White village of Eardisley, in a wonderful self contained apartment oozing charm, history and a great four poster bed. We were greeted with home made cookies, milk in the fridge and Marysia, the owner, gave us a warm welcome with her friendly and helpful demeanour. The... More

We booked our stay at The Bakehouse through AirBnB and was pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was perfect, we were greeted with homemade muffins which made for a very warm welcome. The bed is super comfy and the hosts are extremely friendly. Ensure you book to eat at The Tram Inn for food as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and... More

We booked The Bakehouse as a late availability booking for 3 nights at very short notice. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with lots of nice homely touches. The bed was extremely large and one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The friendly owners recommended The Tram Inn next door and advised us to book - I'm glad... More

Not a lot to say that hasn't been said before: stayed in Holly Cottage; everything we could need; friendly and helpful; extended the stay...no trouble despite our personnel changing! The amazing Tram Inn is literally next door...real ale and excellent food.

We booked all the accommodation at Arboyne House for our family of seven and it was the perfect place to stay as we were attending a wedding near by. The house is delightful and has everything you need although a minor drawback was the traffic noise from the main road! There is a post office and general shop opposite that... More

We booked a room for a wedding nearby. We were not asked for payment at the time or given any booking reference. When ringing near the time to confirm check in times, there was no record of our booking and they were then fully booked. Lucky we didn't just turn up on the day! BEW ARE. Check your booking carefully... More

Whilst we would be more than willing to apologise to this client if she has indeed been treated badly we are both sure that this must have been a misunderstanding of some sort. The fact is that we have never had a double-booking situation in our seven years here, and I am quite sure that we have had no call to... I have stayed in many little cottages in the past and this by far, blows them all out of the water! We called Marysia on the Wednesday night, to arrive Friday and she was so accommodating. We stayed in the bakehouse, which when we got there we were greeted with homemade bread, cream and jam which was fresh out of... More

We do hope that you can extend your stay on your next visit and we can direct you to some of our favourite walks and picnic spots. A visit to Hay Bluff is a must. We have a cool box, picnic set and chairs for our guest to use, or you could try a bike ride into Hay. More
