Well. What a place. Not a flat floor or straight wall. I love it. However this is the most bizarre hotel I've ever experienced. Fawlty towers has been mentioned before and it's so true. This place is marmite you love it or hate it. Except me it's growing on me!!! An experience I definitely wouldn't change but not certain I... More

A friend has just moved into Bromyard and had the most awful story to tell about this hotel but I persuaded her to go back again with us and give it another try. She was right! Rude, obnoxious and just downright awful customer service. But we howled with laughter, you just could not make it up. Our story would take... More

We called into Bromyard for lunch on a Monday and found The Falcon open and taking orders for bar snacks. we ordered Lasagne with salad, it was delicious. The salad was very colorful and was dressed with a tasty dressing, the lasagne was a large slice, was home made, the meal came with a basket of beautiful assorted fresh bread... More

You'll either love it or hate it for sure ! The place is old and full of character but pales in significance when compared with the owners who make this hotel truly memorable. John and Sylvia are priceless. We have stayed at the Falcon on two occasions and for one night at each visit. Both times were in a party... More

Stayed here for one night in May. Our front-facing room was in need of a re-furb, the décor being dated and quite shabby; can only assume that all of the rooms are in a similar condition. It would cost a fortune for everything to be brought up to modern standards and imagine that the hotel’s income stream would make this... More

"Fawlty Towers" is not far off the mark, though I think the owners take a sneaking pleasure in their reputation. There's no nonsense, and good service. Check-in was straightforward, our booking was retrieved without problems and "Basil" carried out bags up the room without our asking. The room (room #1) was light, comfortable, clean. TV and WiFi worked well, there... More

Family have mentioned about this interesting hotel that sits in Bromyard - we couldn't get booked at this hotel a few yrs back we knew we had to stay there this time.... Booked on Internet 2 families were coming down. On arrival signposted and good clear sings to car park. Knocked and greeted by a lady who was clearly the... More

We stayed in the 'family room' with a double and two singles this May bank holiday weekend, really spacious and with comfortable beds, large bathroom. With free wifi, and great full English breakfast. Free parking at rear. Quirky old-fashioned Tudor building slightly worn in places but very comfortable all round. The dining room / restaurant serves large portions of solid... More

I love this place, its got it all, great atmosphere, fantastic food, great hosts. this is the only place I go to eat in bromyard, you feel very comfortable going in on your own and if your a stranger you won't get 'the look' off other customers. great staff. id go in just to see john and Sylvia, they are... Awful experience had at this hotel. We were attending a function in the ballroom and the lady who I now know to be the landlady was serving the desert with her hands. No gloves, no utensils, just her bare hands for all but the trifle. I opted for the trifle for this reason but asked if there was any alcohol... More
