Right on the edge of the New Forest – Spacious clean and warm room with French window aspect onto woodland scenery; freshly cooked delicious food - and reasonably priced too. Amble car parking with almost easy access to room. Given all the above we were more than pleased with our stay; but nothing is perfect.... More

Standards of the cleanliness in bar area have lapsed considerably ( sticky tables dirty glasses) Having said that we had a... More

Myself and my partner stayed here for New Years. The food was delicious and both our steaks were cooked to perfection. My other half really enjoyed the bread and butter pudding. I loved the magician coming round to our table, thought that was great before dinner. There was a lovely atmosphere around the place with party goers and staff alike.... More

We went to the St leonards hotel last night for a New Years eve party. The staff were amazing and they couldn't do enough for us even though we had small children in tow. They organised for a seperate room for us to eat in so that the kids didn't have to sit still all night which meant us grown... More

good location, plenty of parking, rooms were clean, comfortable, lovely and warm a good size, lots of hot water in a good spacious bathroom. A few niggles though, we were a party of 5 and had 3 rooms all together which was nice and thoughtful, our room had a broken toilet seat which although complained about was not fixed (they... More

we stayed here about 10 years ago and booked late for this hotel. Having read previous reviews was a little apprehensive as our previous stay was a good one. Firstly, I had the best 2 nights sleep for ages. The bed was very comfortable and the duvet just the right tog for me. Enjoyed a full English breakfast with very... More

Positives Plenty of free parking Clean and tidy hotel Negatives Woken at 7.40am by hotel delivery driver noisily talking to staff and noisily wheeling delivery carts. The delivery area shouldn't be next to bedrooms - AVOID ROOM 116 therefore Shower only luke warm water for on 2nd morning (1st morning plenty of hot water but not on 2nd morning) Hotel... More
