The best B&B in the New Forest. Self-contained room with all the home from home comforts, what more could you ask for. Jo made us feel so welcome and also made a fuss of our son to make him feel at ease in strange surroundings. The cooked breakfast was 5* and just the right amount as well. Well done Jo you... More

Jo has thought of every possible thing in her lovely B & B. Right from my initial enquiry through to my departure Jo was delightful to deal with. Spotlessly clean throughout, spacious and comfortable. On this occasion I was there as a lone female and felt perfectly safe and welcome. The only shame was that it was a very quick... More

Lovely place to stay, self-contained apartment above the garage, bright, spacious, airy and beautifully decorated and the bed was lovely and comfortable. As well as the tea and coffee facilities there was fresh fruit and biscuits. Jo the landlady was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of fruit, yoghurts, cereal and a super full English... More

The friendliest B&B I have ever stayed at. The land lady is absolutely lovely and so accommodating. She even ironed a top for me. Breakfast was delicious freshly cooked none of this kept warm stuff. There was plenty of choice and a refillable teapot😀. Just excellent excellent service all round. I would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

Wonderfully clean, modern, homely and just perfect. Jo was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruit, cereal, yogurts and full english (coeliac diet well accommodated for also). We couldn't fault a thing. There was incredible attention to detail with a full array of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room and a great... More

Immaculate self contained apartment, you get your own key so can come and go as you please. Lots of thought has gone into the place, there's not only tea & coffee - with plenty of milk which makes a change - but biscuits and a bowl of fruit too. Best of all, Jo had even supplied toys as she knew... More

This is a self contained apartment, actually the converted roof of the garage. It is quite separate from the main house. 2 Single beds, large flat screen Television and settee. I think it is the best B&B I have ever stayed in.
