We stayed for four nights in March 2013. We stayed in room 2 which was described as a superior double room. This was at the top of the house, so extremely quiet. This was a large room including large double bed and small double sofa. An excellent environment to relax in after hard days cycling around the New Forest.

We arrived on a very wet & windy day to a warm reception from Mike & Teresa. A lovely house and bedroom clean & tidy. The reception warm & welcoming, Mike & Theresa have excellent local knowledge and create a pleasant, relaxed feel to the place. Helpful without being intrusive. A pleasure to stay and an excellent breakfast.

Came back from here yesterday, just want to thankyou both again. Theresa and mike are so friendly and helpful.The room was wonderful, the bed to die for.The choice at breakfast was very good .The new forest is beauiful and worth a visit.Highly recommend you stay at Temple Lodge.

Me and my hubbie stayed for two nights in August so we could explore the new forest. Hosts very friendly and helpful.Beds sooo comfortable.rooms and facilities just right. Breakfast.....delicious Close to lyndhurst but not so close as to be noisy. 5minute walk and you're there
