Always check your trip advisor! Saw the reviews for this place, trusted them and went for it. You'll read it over and over - clean, tidy, incredibly helpful staff and a fantastic breakfast. I booked this hotel following the good reviews on Trip Advisor. Great location within easy walking of New Forest and Lyndhurst restaurants. Very friendly owners, clean rooms, breakfast local produce. We had the 4 poster room and there was lots of space with a sofa. Would recommend and stay again. more

Fab hotel - very clean and well decorated. Easy secure bike storage and very friendly owner. Very convenient for stay in the New Forest - a few minutes walk into Lyndhurst and close to cycle tracks. Would definately return. more

We stayed here last weekend and it was really nice - we had quite a small room but it was very cosy. The breakfast was lovely and the hosts are really friendly. The area was wonderful and I would really recommend the overall trip for a relaxing weekend away. more
