Its does what it says on the tin! Its on the A31 main road towards Bournemouth so you will get road noise, but its comfortable room & didn't need staff except top get & drop keys off, which means we had no problems, so all good. Little Chef breakfast was good as usual :)

Was very comfortable and clean which is very important to us. The hotel is on a busy road but it didn't affect us having a good night's sleep. Would be very happy to stay again. Would recommend this hotel

A shocking hotel. No mention when you book to say you are next to an extremly noisy and busy dual carriageway. Dirty and noisy. Tired and worn out. Pretty much I was after 1 night. Could do with some TLC. Shower had no pressure. Needed cleaning properly. Disappointed.

Perfect location for overnight stay as we had been on Bournemouth all day and then the following day we wanted to go New Forest. Plenty of parking. Little chef restaurant on site. Rooms in hotel are usual standard of Travelodge which is perfect for a quick stay. Obviously there is traffic noise but this didn't stop us from getting sleep.... More

Just stayed for a night at this Travelodge and although the exterior needs updating we found the interior was brilliant, The rooms we were allocated were spacious and spotlessly clean The bed/pillows were the best we have ever had in any hotel - Well done Tremendous thanks to all the staff that made our stay a pleasurable experience. We were... More

I knew beforehand that this was on a main road, and I did ask for a room at the rear, but of course you can't expect Travelodge to meet the request, so no argument there. And they do state the location on their website. But the level of noise, despite secondary glazing, was too high for a good night's sleep.... More

Travelodge once again achieved the holy trinity in unbelievably poor customer service by being unhelpful, rude and offensive to my entire family. When our experience was reported to another ember of staff they just laughed. At least they are consistent.

My Daughter and I where staying here for 3 nights. When we pulled up we thought what a dump. However inside it wasn't that bad. The bed was very comfy. The room was clean but the bathroom wasn't. It wasn't cleaned popperly at all during our stay. But I guess you get what you pay for. But the bathroom should... More

Situated on the A31 and boy were we glad to get there, the traffic coming south from the A34, M3 and M27 was very bad and it seemed like we would never get there. Check in was quick efficient and painless, unlike when we were trying to book a week or so previously when the website gave us three different... More
