My wife and I stayed for one night, it's the first time we had stayed in a b&b. what a truly lovely place run by equally lovely hosts. Furnishings and beds are to a very high quality of comfort. Excellent location with pleasant country walks places of interest in easily reachable distances. Over all 5star accommodation

I am really pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. We are very lucky to live in such a peaceful place with many opportunities for country walks. We are also within striking distance of many famous gardens like Mottisfont Hinton Ampner and Hilliers to name but a few. I hope you have a chance to stay with us again soon. More

Jennifer and Stuart are lovely, and very obliging, the area is very peaceful, the public areas are bright and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, but with maybe not as much choice as there might have been. I found our room (Dandelion) rather small for the price charged, with not much storage space (hanging space excepted) - and two bulbs were... More

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the roses at Mottisfont and Sir Harold Hillier Arboretum (both highly recommended). Owners Stuart and Jennifer have created a delightful, quiet country retreat overlooking farmland where nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in the Rose Room which was beautifully equipped and everything worked properly (which is not always the case). Jennifer cooked... More

My husband and I were on a 3 week holiday touring England and Scotland without any set schedule. We managed to stumble upon some of the best hotels and B&Bs imaginable. One of these was the Willow Bank House B&B. I must say we felt very fortunate that there happened to be a vacancy. The entire B&B was decorated so... More

We used this B&B as an overnight stop after arriving back in Portsmouth on the ferry from France. We were made very welcome on arrival by Jenny and shown to our room (Willow) in the annex which was well thought out and very comfortable. The private shower room for this room was a across the entrance hall and as robes... More

We stayed for one night at Willow Bank House on Saturday 29 June 2013 whilst attending a friend's wedding in nearby Romsey. Jenny and Stuart were the perfect hosts and we thoroughly recommend this picturesque house in its peaceful location. We arrived at 10.15 am just to drop off our car and luggage - but Jenny worked very hard to... More

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Helpful and polite service. Continental breakfast was very basic (don't expect cold meats, cheese, pastries, etc) and as previous reviewer mentioned, thin supermarket quality sliced bread for the toast. Adding £3.50 for a very simple cooked breakfast (it did include half a mushroom!) on top of £102.50 charged for 1 night seemed a bit mean... More

We decided to have a couple of nights in the area to visit local NT properties and gardens, after dropping friends in Southampton. This B&B was superb. The welcome from Jenny and Stuart was friendly, our room (Dandelion) beautifully clean and comfortable. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast compote, a good start to the day!
