Having read some of the reviews on here about the High Towers I can only say some people need toget a life!!!!!!!! If you want 5* treatment go to a 5* hotel and pay their prices. You know who you are!!!!!! So let me be honest, I stayed at the High Towers for 2 1/2 months solidly. I was made... More

We stayed for one night, and could not have been more satisfied. The room was good, no traffic noise, even though the A23 was close, food excellent, caters for people with allergies and intolerances also, bonus for me! Nice people. Would recommend High Towers for anyone in the Havant area.

Having just read a couple of, in my opinion, rather unfair recent reviews, I'd just like to paint what I believe to be an honest appraisal of High Towers, to update that I wrote last year. The picture painted by one reviewer of an establishment akin to Faulty Towers is about as accurate as saying England were unlucky not to... More

But sadly without the humour... I booked for one night only (luckily!) I was told I MUST get there to check in before 1200hrs as the owners were off to a special event. I arrived before this time, and then was told, 'The room isn't ready. You could have come later.' (No good when I had already set off from... More

We are a small family run B&B. Like most businesses of this type, we do not have a 24 / 7 reception. Our earliest check in time is 3.00 pm and we always inform guests of this when they make a reservation. The information is also available on our website. We did agree with this guest to give them a... More

Overall the stay was ok although the booking had been taken incorrectly (2 gents offered a double bed room when we asked for a twin single bef room) but the problem was resolved quickly with the addition of a camp bed in the room. The cooked breakfast were nice. Problems arised however when we came to leave and pay our... More

On arrival, the guests confirmed that they had booked a double room by mistake and needed a twin room. The Goodwood Festival of Speed week-end is 200% over subscribed so all our twin rooms were taken At short notice, we converted a large double to a twin, hence the modest extra charge More

I'm in UK for about a year and needed somewhere to stay that was more than a guest house room but less than a standard apartment. In the High Towers Business Flatlet, I had (and continue to have) exactly what I need. I've been here for a few months already, since Nov 2012. The three flatlets are contained in an adjoined... We arrived ealy, but the room was ready and had a nice welcome. The room was really nice with more home comforts than the major chains of hotels. Lovely lounge to relax in as well, The owners were very accomodating and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The next time we visit Portsmouth, this will be our first... More

Room was comfortable, breakfast was tasty and our hosts were very friendly and most helpful. A very homely b & b. We had a family room which had 2 double beds. We all had a good nights sleep and couldn't really hear the traffic as the windows were closed.

We arrived from the ferry late evening in the rain, and were welcomed and guided to our room : No 4 ...! A large room with big bed and en-suite facilities ... BUT very quickly we realised that the traffic noise from the highway was very loud and unlikely to diminish during the night (the main highway from Portsmouth to... More

Arrive earlier than the booking in time but had a lovely warm welcome, able to leave belongings in the lounge until room was ready. Room 3 lovely and cosy, bed very comfortable, bathroom more than adequate, bath and shower included with plenty of instant hot water. Surroundings very homely, made to feel very welcome, choice of breakfast times and breakfasts,... More
