Very disappointed. Bathroom smelt of wee, hairs in the bath and only given one bath towel for 2 people. Room ok but no plug sockets near bed, so had to move the bed so my husband could plug his fan in. Received no welcome from reception just given key by somebody who did not understand me and no advise on... More

Comfortable, quiet hotel with plenty of onsite parking Good, clean spacious room with an incredibly comfortable sleepeeze bed. Booked two nights for the bargain price of £29/night so very happy. Didn't try the breakfast boxes but the neighbouring Harvester does a breakfast. Only negative was the very cheap toilet roll!!

We booked in advance and only paid £30. Basic family room with double and two single beds. Enough space to comfortably walk around beds. Basic, clean bathroom. Value for money, it's a basic but comfy room for the night, wouldn't pay a lot of money to stay but absolute bargain for £30.

I arrived at 9:20am and handed over my booking reference and name. The receptionist couldn't find my booking however did confirm it had been paid for. An hour later the receptionist found me a room to stay after confirming I had a paid but there wasn't a booking. The room is literally just a bed with a tv. However there's... More

If it is at all possible, never , ever stay here. Damp, smelly room (left heat on full, beds to air and window open for 4 hours while we were out to dinner which was an improvement), our belongings smelled of the room on returning home. Cobwebs on the ceiling... room otherwise clean. No excuses for feeble and wrong choice... More

Stayed one night as visiting friends in the area, plus going to Legoland the day after. The room had enough space for the 4 of us, nice and clean, tidy room. The staff were very welcoming, and nothing was a problem. Beds were comfy, slept well, no noise despite bring opposite train line! Great it was next door to the... More

We stopped over for one night last weekend. The place was absolutely filthy. Our bath was filled with old water and bits of plaster. The chair was covered in crumbs and hair from the people before. The skirting boards were almost entirely black with dirt. Upon complaining about it the management seemingly couldn't care less and were of no help... More

A two night business stop over. On arrival the receptionist was enthusiastic and welcoming. Room was to the standard expected - good size double bed, en-suite bathroom, flat screen tv etc although it was missing an armchair which can come in handy if you don't want to sit on the bed all the time. The general fabric of the building... More
