Very good value for money. Clean property .lovely bed and amenities . Reception staff were most accommodating in providing tea coffee milk and sugar on request. I recommend this hotel as it offers good value.

A perfect stay whilst enjoying legoland. Everything was great from location to amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room spacious and clean and covered our every need. Will def use again. Really pleased I chose to stay here and it cost £70 for 3 of us for 2 nights!

We booked 2 rooms, a family and a double room. We were looking for clean rooms with clean comfortable beds and a good clean bathrooms. We got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. We chose to eat at the Harvester next door as the breakfast package did not appeal.

We stayed here for 4 nights and during this time the hallway and bedroom wasn't vacuumed. I would say the rest of the room was clean but the same debris sat on the floor waiting to be sucked up by Henry the Hoover! One evening the room door handle fell off in our hand while closing the door. Because there... More

In a good location with a Harvester next door serving breakfast. Room was very clean and quiet. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Smallish bathroom but okay for a short stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed here in may, my sister and her husband stayed in the same place with us. The only way I can describe the smell in their room was like a dried in left over pot noodle smell. It had pubic hair on the bathroom tiles and you couldn't flush the toilet at night for the noise! Our room was... More

Very adequate for short stay. Receptionist extremely helpful. Very warm weather required us to have a window open, which resulted in traffic and train noise. Harvester next door has great value food.!

Welcoming staff but have to wait a long time for them to come to reception. Had to switch rooms as bathroom and carpet dirty. Second room had loose bathroom floor tiles and floor and wall tiles had black mouldy grout. Taps hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Face towel was not clean. Could see stain on duvet under sheet.... More

Please PLEASE, Tripadvisor, this is another example where I firmly believe you should consider putting a date limit on reviews, ie removing older ones after a reasonable period of time. This hotel has many bad reviews but if you look at the dates, they are all from some time ago. They have now made a huge effort to improve in... More

Was worried to stay there after reading some reviews, however, there was nothing to worry about. It's a quiet little hotel tucked away, close by to Harvester and Petrol Station, so late night and early morning costa coffee available, along with full breakfast at the Harvester the next morning. Staff were so friendly, room immaculate, very good value hotel and... More
