I think Whitbread need to seriously send back to a Catering College the kitchen staff. The breakfast took ages and was only warm. Every day the breakfast items ran out because insufficient were ordered or on display. Unacceptable. I notice there were a lot of reviews the same. Obviously, Whitbread you are not taking notice. The evening dinners took ages... More

The actual Premier Inn is fantastic. Staff are very helpful. Especially Chloe, who has exceptional customer service.. One small drawback regarding room was the shower was very poor (not powerful - more like a dripping tap - Room 38 FYI) Now comes the review for the Brewers Fayre - not actually attached to the Premier Inn but is the allocated... We stayed here on Saturday night 13 December and it was the worst night we have ever had anywhere. The noise was unbelievable and we didn't get to sleep til gone 3.00 am. There were taxis dropping people off outside until the early hours - passengers were then stood around outside talking noisily - presumably having a last cigarette. Then... More

Recently stayed at this lovely premier inn. It was being decorated but it didn't really affect me. Attached is a Brewers Fayre which sadly isn't as nice as the Thyme resturaunts. All in all comfy stay, tricky loo though! My only gripe with premier inn is that I no longer feel they are budget hotels. Not with prices circa £70... More

Nice quiet hotel off the M3. Staff were very pleasant and friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was slightly outdated but for 1 night it wasn't really a problem. The pub next door served a good, hearty buffet style breakfast. I have to say the beds are the most comfortable I have stayed in in an... More

Location was a little farther from the M3 than I expected but had the advantage that traffic noise was minimal. Stayed for one night. Family room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Only downside was a couple of noisy retiring guests late at night despite notices asking guests to respect quiet zones in corridors. We dined at adjacent Brewers Fare.... More

Stayed for two nights, family of three. Good sized room, king sized bed and single bed. Linen was excellent and beds very comfortable. Good facilities although would be nice to have unlimited Wi-Fi, in this day an age you don't expect a limited amount free before paying. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Bathroom adequate, towels were large and... More
