Stay was satisfactory but nothing special. Much better standard of service experienced at other Village Hotels. There is no bath (just a shower), & little storage. Arrived and had a friendly greeting exactly the same as the leeds south hotel, same layout,curtains,door colours,carpets. had a double and 2 single beds in the room still enough room to walk about in fairly clean but a lot of dust on the ledge above the bed, had bath with with shower where in leeds we only had a shower.... more

Stayed here for a week on business. For the area, this hotel is modern, comfortable and overall nice. I agree with others that service is lacking. Front reception seems to be the worse.
