Whilst the surroundings in the library are luxurious, the quality of some of the food was a big let down. The sandwiches were made with cheap bread, standard supermarket sliced. At £27 you expect an uncut loaf with a nice tasting homemade bread. The fillings seemed like bulk cheap ingredients too. Some of the cakes seemed mass produced too -... More

We have just returned from a 2 night weekend break and had a lovely relaxing weekend. Luxurious hotel with 5 star service (We have visited quite a few of the OneandOnly hotels in the world and I can compare the service to this). They really make you feel welcome and our young daughter (1.5 years) was also made to feel... More

The bar in this hotel is too small to accommodate guests for pre or post diner drinks. A shame because if you can get in then it's well furnished and pleasant. Dinner was superb, each of our courses were well presented and cooked very well, service overall very well executed. Our waiter was very attentive but was very difficult to... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent dining experience here at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Whilst you describe the dinner itself as 'superb', it is clear that a couple of service elements were not in keeping with our standards. These comments have been noted and discussed with our Director of Food & Beverage. With kind... More

We have been regular guests for many years and loyal to the brand. Recently we have started to notice a real change in the Four Seasons. Much more corporate. No longer a family friendly hotel. We came here for Sunday brunch and were told on arrival that the hotel would be for exclusive use only after 4:00 pm. The brunch... More

We decided to spend Christmas day out in the countryside, since London can be devoid of the spirit and friendliness of the festive season. We chose the Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire based on reviews and the international reputation of the brand. The location was a comfortable 40-minute drive from Heathrow and road signs pointed us in the correct direction.... More

We came to the seasons restaurant at the Four seasons as we were in Hampshire visiting friends for 3 nights and had yet to go out anywhere for dinner. Our friends told us that The Four Seasons is the place to go if looking for something special. When we pulled up we were very impressed. The meandering drive is gives... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your honest review of your recent visit to Seasons Restaurant. Whilst there were elements that you clearly enjoyed, it is a great shame that you felt let down by other dishes. You can't fault the setting, or the staffs' professionalism or the look of the hotel. It's setting is lovely and the building itself borders on the grand. For us what let it down was much more basic and, arguably, at least as important. We went for afternoon tea which my wife's colleagues had paid for as a retirement gift. This... More

Dear Guest, Please accept my apologies that the 'special treat' of Afternoon Tea fell short of expectations. Despite the elegant setting and attentive staff, it is such a shame to learn that you were disappointed by the quality of the food items offered. Your comments have been raised with our Director of Food & Beverage and I would invite you... More

Ive now stayed in 14 four seasons over the years and this is one of the best. Very relaxed vibe. Excellent service as you would expect. Food outstanding. Rooms great. Staff faultless. Love the fact you can bring dogs. Easy access from London. Will be returning !

This Four Seasons will not disappoint. We spent the last two nights of our european trip here and could not have been more pleased. Oliver is precious and greeted us at the door;made us feel instantly welcome. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom and incredible tub. We had a lovely view of the pond and were at the... More
