The Four Seasons chain generally delivers a top quality experience when you stay with them, but this property exceeds even their typically high standards. From the moment you arrive at the Four Seasons Hampshire you are treated to amazingly gracious, personalized service delivered by staff that is completely focused on your needs, but yet not obsequious. The main building is... More

What sets this hotel apart from others is the service culture which spans all levels within the hotel, absolutely nothing is too much trouble and every member of staff encountered adds a little something more to the experience or adds further suggestion for activities/experiences. Whilst you can see the various levels of staff/management present in every setting eg. restaurant, this... More

My husband, toddler and I spent my birthday weekend at this hotel back in July. Aside from it being a beautiful property set in the countryside, the main thing I wanted to highlight is that we were overwhelmed with how child-friendly the hotel is. From the toy chest in the reception area with free toys for the children, the nappies/wipes... More

I was here on a business trip last year and it was a PERFECT location in a very charming area outside of London. I have been lucky enough to stay in a few Four Seasons hotels over the years and this one is my favorite. The general manager, a dashing gent, greeted everyone of our guests as they arrived. The... Was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews. Cannot imagine someone saying this was not a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service impeccable, both dinner and breakfast were exceptional, the room was really nice and the views were also terrific. The breakfast was exceptionally fabulous!!!. i asked the waitress about the fabulous sausages (her reply:we make... More

I visited four seasons with my family for 2 nights, and i must say the kids really enjoyed their stay. They had alot of activities like for children like, horse riding for over 5 years. Cycling, a place for kids to play soccer, and more. A small nursery is there also. They had a nice shooting range too for adults... More

I am an unapologetic fan of the Four Seasons brand. There is a comfort in knowing what the name in implies: impeccable service, comfortable rooms and fine dining. With some minor flaws, the Hampshire property (or Lord Oliver's Grand Estate as I have taken to calling it) does the brand proud. Let's get the unpleasantness out of the way. It... More

Living locally, we have unfortunately never stayed overnight at the hotel, but we have eaten here several times, either in the main restaurant or bistro, and have always enjoyed an excellent meal and fantastic service. Children friendly hotel and free meals for under fives, with an excellent outdoor playground at the rear of the hotel, and lovely countryside walks around... More

This was our second trip to this particular Four Seasons. Great service, excellent rooms, fantastic grounds. Had a very good time. The kids room needs an upgrade and it would be nice to have more outside space at the pool, but all in all, this is a great countryside hotel.
