We arrived late, but was welcomed and had the offer of our bags being taken to our room. The room itself was immaculate and well presented. Very quiet, 5 star quality and had a wonderful, kind host. Will definitely visit again!!

Would agree with other posters that the room was spotlessly clean, well decorated, and the host/owner is very welcoming and hospitable. The superking bed (of which there is only one) was exactly right and very comfortable, however the room is subject to noise from above, VERY loud, intrusive footsteps and squeaking floorboards, that started at 5.15am on the night/morning we... I stayed here for one night as I was on a training course locally. I have never reviewed somewhere before but this place was so good I had to comment. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, bed was fantastically comfortable, quiet, excellent facilities. The farm itself is beautiful and even though it is right next to the A31 I... More

An excellent place to stay. I don't write many reviews, but had to recommend this place. Very friendly chap who runs the place with good local knowledge. Room spotlessly clean and a good nights sleep was never in doubt. If working in that area again will definitely book this guest house again.

I stayed here for 2 nights as I was working in the area. I stay in hotels and B&B's most weeks and found this to be one of the best I have stayed at. The owner (Glen) was very welcoming and informative. The room was excellent and spotlessly clean (loved the shower!). I will be staying again if I am... More

The owner Glenn has spent a lot of time and effort to make Upper Neatham a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. The quality of the rooms is excellent, as is his cooked breakfast. Good local pub in walking distance for evening meals. Wi-fi, comfy bedding and a large shower heated by Glenn's sustainable heating. All you need for a... More

What a find! Crystal clean room, extremely comfortable, up-to-date flat screen tv with all freeview channels, strong wi-fi available (£5.00 per 24hrs), nice big shower with giant shower head, springy-cushioned carpet, designer bed linen, great bacon sanies for tea (approx £4.00).... What more could you ask for?! The host was a top bloke. Always had a moment for a chat... More

A gem. This little B&B offers a clean, quiet country setting. We have been coming to visit family in Alton from the US for years now and every year we stay with Glenn at the upper Neatham Mill Farm Guest House. The Hot water is heated through an advanced highly efficient boiler, Glenn harvests the biomass from the property. The... More

We stayed here for 1 night, initially i was impressed, yes the room was a little pokey and the bed was only a double, howver it was relativley clean. Te location is great and the sun was shining so it was lovely. We knew the owner ran cider making courses and asked if he had any to drink. He said... More

I would never post items back to a guest recorded post, without their authorisation – why would I? On receiving the initial call from the guest, I provided two solutions, 1) Would you like me to dispose of these items, or 2) would you like me to pack them up and give them to your friends who were staying an...
