Lovely location. To us it's very important to have a super comfortable bed and thats what you get when you stay at Beech Barns. We then woke up to a hot shower followed by a tasty breakfast. Thanks Tim and Nikki

We stayed two nights at Beech Barns when we were in the area for a wedding. Very friendly owners, lovely bedroom, quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast, good recommendations for places to eat and faultless directions. Would recommend it and would certainly stay again.
This is our third (or fourth!) visit to Beech Barns where we and our dog were greeted like old friends by Tim & Nikki and Tofu. Warm, welcoming, extremely comfortable with the best breakfast you can imagine. Immaculate bedroom, excellent en-suite with powerful shower and gallons of hot water. Our stay over the Easter weekend whilst visiting family in the...

everything was right about this place. the location, the accommodation, the service, the breakfast. this is what a modern b&b should be like. was recommended dinner at the sun inn in Bentworth and that was also great.
We stayed at Beech Barns for a night and couldn't fault a thing about it.
A nice welcome by Nikki, in a lovely English country house. The rooms are immaculate with comfortable beds. A very quiet location makes for a great night's sleep and a modern bathroom with a decent shower leave you fully recharged.
Breakfast is in a guest...

What a lovely b &b. me and my husband stayed here after a last chance to get away before our first baby is born. I find it hard to get comfortable but had one of my best nights sleep in 7months, that is saying something!!! Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely and tim and Nikki were...

We took over this excellent guest house for a weekend family celebration for 12 people - 8 adults, four children, ranging in age from two and a half to sixty-nine. Our hosts, Tim and Nikki, were very helpful, flexible and efficient in planning, and over the weekend very welcoming - there when we needed them but giving us space for...

Three of us stayed here on a recent business trip and I especially chose Beech Barns due to the previous excellent reviews and have to say that we were really impressed. I hate staying at soulless chain hotels so normally go for this type of friendly and stylish guest house which offers you so much more. Tim welcomed us and...

What a lovely place, in a peaceful setting. Rooms are a lovely size and the decor is really nice.
This was a short notice booking and they even welcomed our dog. There are woodland tracks to walk the dogs nearby but, be warned, if its wet you will need wellies. Some nice pubs to eat in in the local villages...

We have just returned from a relaxing break at Beech Barns. We couldn't have been made more welcome and were sad to leave. A super room and great breakfast, what more do you need? We look forward to returning and exploring more of the lovely Hampshire countryside.
