a basic no frills hotel , good points, 20 minutes walking distance to city centre, pleasant reception staff, hot shower, bed comfortable, free wi fi, reasonable buffet selection at breakfast. Bad points, near a really busy dual carriage way and retail park, very noisy if you leave the window open. Walls are paper thin, Some of the other guests seemed to club... More

As on previous visit, I had a pleasant three night stay in what is a cheap hotel for Manchester. Although the hotel is in Salford it only take five minutes to get to Deansgate and centre of Manchester. Rooms are clean, well equipped and beds comfortable. Very handy for Salford Quays, good wi-fi connection and parking. I booked online but... More

Disgusting, left waiting 1/2 hour for our breakfast while other people who came after us got theirs before us. When I asked the duty manager why this was, she never bothered to find out, just said "I don't know".

First impressions of this hotel were mediocre at best, and then everything just got worse. The man at reception provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I regret not getting his name so I could complain directly to the company. When we checked in he said we didn't need a code for the wifi that was free (and... More

I turned up at this hotel around 1.30pm thinking I'm a bit early for check in. I didnt realise there check in starts at 4pm. I was told my room wasnt ready. I told them I would head out and return later. Over an hour later and the room was still not ready. They did, at this point swap me... More

Cheap and Cheerfull Hotel, Drinks a bit on the expensive side and no local pubs around where the Hotel is situated, think this Hotel would be a bit noisey when Man Utd play at home as it`s only about a 10 minute walk to the stadium. If its the Coronation Street set u want to visit same again it`s a... More

Myself and 3 friends stayed here over the weekend for a night out. Arriving at the hotel we realised it was very close to the city centre and shops which was ideal. The hotel on the outside looked nice. We entered into reception to check in at which point we were asked to pay £50 per rooms as a deposit... More

We stayed here for two nights whilst breaking a long journey & visiting friends on the way home from a holiday. The room we had was fantastically clean & comfortable. After two weeks in & out of a variety of hotels I can also say that this hotel had the best shower! We had an evening meal in the restaurant... More

£65 for a double room is too expensive for this place. Stayed on a Sat night for work on the Sun - definitely not advised if sleep is required!! Large group making lots of noise on our floor at 11pm, again extremely loud in car park on their early morning return. A couple having a screaming argument in the car... More

We booked through booking.com thinking it included breakfast ... Try another £9 each when the breakfast was not very nice tbh! I came with a small infant and they knew of this and gave me a room on the 2nd floor which has no lift so it was a workout going up and down stairs with a pram and other... More
