The hotel was in a good location, however the interior was old and not very nice and romantic for couples. The queue at reception to check in and check out was horrific. The staff were at the back and came out 20 minutes later.

Conveniently located in 'Media City' 15 minutes walk from anything in Media City, The Copthorne Hotel Manchester, provides a true slice of the Salford Quays experience. Dispensing with such fads as reliable hot water, with a bath that drains to level with the plug hole, the bathroom charms with its original 80s tile work and fittings. While in the appointed... We only dined in the Copthorne restaurant to save going into town again, and under the mistaken assumption that it would be nice. How wrong we were. From the constant changes to what was available on the menu (not much, it turns out) to the very lengthy wait for food to be served, it was an epic fail from start... More

Dated interior and exterior. Certainly not a 4* hotel by any means. Whilst the bedroom was mostly clean the decor was horrific! An upgrade is seriously required. On the positive side, staff were very welcoming. Location was good and handy to get into central Manchester. An Uber into town was only £6 and the tram is just over the road.... More

We stayed there one night for barca city game. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are nice overlooking the quays. The price is reasonable. I will definitely stay there again next time when I come to Manchester.

This hotel was in a great location, in a quiet enough area but only a tram ride away from the busy city center. Hotel staff were very nice and upgraded our room due to a problem with the water, woman working in the bar was great craic too! good spot for a reasonable price.

The hotel is a great location for Man Utd matches. The rooms are nice and spacious, good room service food, staff are lovely and cleaners keep the place nice and tidy. I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break away.

Brilliant Hotel, handy for Salfod Quays and the Metrolink to Manchester. Walking distance to the Lowry, Arndale Shopping Centre and the Imperial War Museum which is well worth a visit. Excellent walk around the Quays, handy for restuarants.

Visited the hotel on Saturday 28th march for an overnight stay as we were attending an event. We're greeted by lovely staff on reception, found they were very helpful. Also requested late check out which was free upto 1pm which is handy! Can't complain on the rooms, clean and spacious well worth the money. Would defiantly visit again.
