Clean. Tea and coffee making facilities but no fridge or microwave. However beginning to think that these are not common here in UK. But bed was very comfortable, the room was clean as was the bathroom and the lovely lady on the front desk was so friendly. Recommend for a stop over but at this time of year - book... More

We stayed here overnight for a wedding which was nearby. This hotel is good value for money compared to other hotels and is perfect for an overnight stay. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need....a clean bathroom with bath and shower,TV, a sofa, comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were polite and... Good value clean and well run hotel although on night I stayed no cold drinks seemed to be available ending up buying a warm bottle of coke from reception. As other reviews state the hotel is on the services but in a nice quiet corner and you overlook the fields . I had a quick check in and was able... More

Did an overnight stay here on my way from North Yorkshire to Devon. Arrived very late (1.30am) but had a very nice greating from the polite receptionist. She could see my tiredness so made the process as easy as possible. The location was good for an overnight stop, right on the M5, although I got caught out as it's on... More

We didn't stay here but our house, shop and unit keys, along with electronic car key were left in the area. Thanks to the staff taking the time to locate the keys and post them back to us - we were saved a lot of replacement headache and cost. Many thanks to them at Michaelwood North M5 Services Remember to... More

We stopped with dogs overnight on a 2014 July Friday night. As usual they were busy yet still very pleasant and effective. Sadly the services restaurant now closes very early evening so unless ok with B.K. fast food this side, or K.F.C. over bridge later arrivals should eat end route. Otherwise very satisfied and will continue to use this motel;... More

Booked a smoking room by accident. Big mistake. Facilities as expected for the price. Bed could be firmer and room needed a bit of a spruce. Fine for a 1 night stopover but have low expectations and you won't be disappointed.

Useful and convenient location for overnight stop on M5. Close to Bristol, Stroud, Gloucester, etc. Secluded quiet location in corner of service area. Useful access to A38 via back lane, to find local pubs etc. Rooms clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more powerful. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff - at night, in the morning and... More
