Stayed for one night when visiting a show at the Cliffs. We didn't have a problem parking in the next street. The room was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Our hosts Alan and Jill made us very welcome and took time out to chat about the local area. As previously mentioned the breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and... More

Hosts are friendly and helpful, room was spotless, bed comfy and the breakfast excellent. The breakfast was definitely the highlight for me: home-made granola, home-grown rhubarb and lovely yoghurt plus beautifully cooked hot food. No hesitation in staying again when in the area. Used public transport so didn't have a parking issue.

Stayed here for a night when visiting for a show at The Cliffs. We had room 3 with the double + single. Both beds were comfy, hosts were friendly and the breakfast was first class. As others have mentioned though trying to find a parking space nearby can be quite tricky.

A lovely period property in a very convenient location for the Cliffs Pavilion, clean comfortable rooms run by lovely people who have excellent hosting skills. One of the best breakfasts we have had, nothing fried and every bite delicious. Parking can be a little difficult as it is free on-street parking but is available although you may have a short... Have just spent 4 nights at the Trinity Hotel, I found a very warm welcome from Alan & Jill. A very clean and comfortable room with plenty of tea, coffee and milk pots provided in room. What can I say about Alan's breakfast - its just superb and nothing is too much trouble, its so good i've booked again for... More

Booked tickets to see The Producers at The Cliifs Pavilion and wanted somewhere close by to stay (and The Trinity certainly fits the bill it being only 5 minutes walk away!) Great hosts, very welcoming, breakfast was fab. All in all, good value for money and a very pleasant place to stay the night. I would certainly use again if... More

This was our 2nd stay at The Trinity and we were again very pleased with the hotel. We paid an extra £10 per night for a superior room which had a bigger bathroom with a bath instead of the shower rooms found in standard rooms. We were glad we did as after lots of walking around it's good to be... More

A group of us stayed as we were visiting the Casino. We were recommended by my daughter who has stated here a couple of times. What can I say - excellent hotel!!! Clean, great hospitality, excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

We were flying in from Madeira, for a fun evening at The Cliff Pavilion to see The Hollies in concert-which was fantastic. I've never visited Westcliff/Southend before and was really happy with the hotel, which was under 5 minutes from the venue. It was only a short walk into Southend, where there were plenty of shops and restaurants to keep... More

Very comfortable stay, Great breakfast all grilled (nothing fried) poached egg. We were told by a works colleague who lives in the area about this hotel, and she was not wrong. Would stay again when out for the weekend. The only thing wrong is when you get in late you need a light for the key entrance pad.
