We stayed whilst visiting family last year and were very happy so didn't hesitate in booking again. This hotel chain represents excellent value for money. I completed a hotel survey and it could only score full marks from the friendliness of the staff to the comfort of the rooms and wonderful bed. The entire place is quiet and we certainly... more

I've stayed here twice now, and both times have been pleased. The modern rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are sparkling with a good shower. The bed is large and comfortable. Check-out is midday which is pretty good too. Can recommend if you need a hotel in this area. There is a pub next door which provides the food.... more

Stayed there on Monday/Tuesday night for business. Was working in North London and this was the closest according to my Sat Nav. The staff were very friendly and the room was nice and clean. They even had a power cut whilst I was there but the management dealt with it superbly. Highly recommended!! more

My girlfriend and I spent a Saturday night here and were, for what we paid, very impressed with everything about the hotel. I have never stayed at a Premier Inn before but compared to other 'budget' hotels that I have stayed at this was head and shoulders above the rest. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful and... more

This is part of the the Travel Inn chain, and as such is pretty much what you'd expect. Basic, but good standard room, great bed, shower like a fire hydrant etc etc. However, what raises this place above the average is the adjacent Baker's Arms pub. It provides the "breakfast" of the B&B side but is also a standalone pub/restaurant... more

We stayed at the Premier Travel Inn Waltham Abbey at the end of July whilst visiting friends in Harlow. The Hotel was Immaculate in both decoration and cleanliness, it really couldn't be faulted! The room itself was like something out of the Ideal Home Exhibition. The staff were extremely helpful and very child friendly, value for money!!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!!... more
