just stayed at this B and B and had a great time. Breakfast was lovely and there was off road free parking. Rooms had everything we needed and it is situated right next to beach and shops, Couple that have it were very friendly and helpful. planning to stay here again.

Some of the negative reviews on here beg belief. We are indeed a nation of whinging poms and moaning minnies! I recently stayed 3 nights at 45 / night. For this I got an off-road secure parking spot, a comfy double bed, en-suite, nice TV with remote, wifi, and a nice cooked breakfast with coffee and cereal and orange juice.... More

On arrival the owner was very hostile and told us she was in a rush and to hurry up and pay so she could leave. After traveling for a while my friend needed the toilet but she ignored her request and rushed through the usual protocol e.g Where to Park, Where our room was and Breakfast times etc.. . So... More

We stayed last Saturday night and the location of the Victorian B&B is centrally located in a quiet area, with pubs and nice places to eat nearby. The beach is 2 mins away and the owners were very friendly. The room was clean and a nice comfortable bed, breakfast in the morning was great. Definitely recommend and we will be... More

I stayed here as we were flying from southend airport the next day. Reception staff were very helpful and accomodating to help us stay even though we arrived at 2am! The interior was dated (but spotless!) and the bed was not very comfortable as the springs could be easily felt through the matress but for £42 including breckie and car... More

Going to Cliff's Pavilion to see the Hollies, we decided so stay in a local hoel, even though we only live 25 mils away. Picked this hotel completely at random from the internet and what a great little find. Room was great, parking was easy and breakfast we excellent. This is a small family run hoel it seems, and all... More
