I stayed her on a business trip and loved this hotel which is more like staying in an old lovely apartment. There was a living room, a kitchen and a large bedroom. The renovation work is well done and the decorator has the best taste! Until I was five years old my family lived two blocks from the rail line... More

We had a wonderful evening, starting with a group cooking class with 12 friends. We prepared a 4 course meal with additional sides, plus wine, beverages and appetizers while we cooked. It was delicious. Rachel and her team were extremely helpful, friendly and we learned some great recipes and techniques. Would highly recommend! Everyone had a fantastic time. Then two... More

We attended a demonstration wine dinner at the Culinary Studio. It is a small group setting (there 16 for our dinner) very comfortable and inviting. The chef demonstrated some of the dishes being prepared and happily discussed various techniques. We started with wine, cheese and fruit while everyone arrived. After the demonstration we sat down to a delicious 4 course... More

It was a pleasant stay and the only complaint I can mention is that they could pay a little more a attention to detail in the cleanliness area such as dusting and the corners of the shower. The units were good size apartments, with full kitchens and washer and dryers in the unit. I actually got to see three of... More

I chose this B&B based on location, and judging by photos and previous reviews seemed to be just what the doctor ordered. However, no one mentioned in their reviews that the train would be coming by every night, or that the hallway light shines directly into the bedroom, which is fine but it would have been nice to know that... We just spent a week here and enjoyed it very much! The bed was super comfy and the sheets and towels were amazing. There is no tv in the bedroom, just the train horns as they frequently passed. My husbad loved this since it took him back to his childhood. Each day the staff brought a breakfast plate for the... More

Think outside the box? You know that standard hotel room that's like a shoebox. The Glendalia is not a box and is rich in character with original thick solid doors and those crystal door knobs. I had a very comfortable corner living room with windows on two walls offering delightful views of the center of town and patio dining. The... More

The Glendalia Boutique Hotel is a treasure, located in historic Glendale... tucked away in a seemingly different world, yet convenient to downtown Cincinnati. The Glendalia boasts six renovated suites, overlooking the square in this charming, eclectic community. Each suite is pure elegance and comfort, offering a King or Queen bed, a living room, a full kitchen or kitchenette, and an... More

I read all the great reviews about this place online, it met every expectation I had. I communicated about reservations via email, love that personal communication with a live person. The owner met us upon arrival and walked us to our room (definitely more like an apartment). The room was very clean, and beautifully decorated, kind of a Victorian feel... More

I believe all 7 of our jaws dropped when we saw the size and spaciousness of our rooms. Seven women in my family were meeting from around the country to have a weekend away in Cincinnati, and the rooms were perfect for gathering together. If anything we had more space than we actually needed. The decor was lovely, well kept... More
