Stayed here just overnight whilst visiting friends in Epping. Walking distance from Epping village. Clean newly refurbished rooms. Offered a free upgrade which was very welcome. More of a Motel than a Hotel. Rooms the normal standard box but clean and generally well appointed. Staff pleasant but service rather lax. Breakfast not particularly good. Situated on a busy road but rooms very quiet.

The location is great for North London and then getting into Essex if needed. Pleasant surroundings of Epping Forest, and only 10 minutes from the M25.
