Dirty little scank pit that needs to be shut down and rebuilt. You'll receive unwanted guests such as rats, mice, cockroaches, maggots and flies. Risk of carbon monoxide poison to some of the rooms and the staff and owners don't give a stuff. Leaving rodent bate boxes were they can be found by small children. Leaving power tools laying about... More

I have to say, after reading some of the reviews on here, I was somewhat of a reluctant skeptic. After arriving, I was quite pleasantly surprised. This is a very good hotel and it is one of the cheapest accommodation in east London. We stayed here for about a week and the stay was worthy for 45 pounds. The rooms are nice and tidy with plasma television, fridge, wardrobe and table on it. The room was ensuite and service was excellent. It was just opposite to... More

I stayed there for a week while working in the area, the room was filthy when I got there and during my stay it wasn't cleaned once! I wouldn't expect a dog to have stayed there. There was constant noise from outside all through... More

London on the Cheap Admittedly, Barking is not Central London, but at only £25 per night for a single room, it’s well worth the short tube ride. In addition to which the hotel is situated directly across the road to the tube/ train station, making it literally only 30 minutes ride from down town London. Don’t get me wrong, luxury... More
