Stayed at this hotel at barking at the end of october for 3 nights after initially booking for 4. Staff are friendly but the hotel standard was very poor. I was put in the second floor where the shower flow was very poor, pillow of very poor quality and squeeking floorboards just to name a few. The next morning I... more

Very much a standard Premier Inn with the usual higher standards of service and decor than its budget competitors. The room was spotlessly clean with a large double bed (might have even been a king size) and my only criticism was that the pillows could have been better. The hotel has a bar/restaurant with ok food and pricey drinks but... more

I stayed at the hotel on business in January and found the hotel to be clean and a nice place to stay for a night. The area isn't great but there is a Tesco almost next door for food and essentials. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the hotel has free car parking too. Overall a very pleasant stay and very... more

Me and my family have stayed in Premier Inn Barking and we are absolutely satisfied. As we arrived and my baby was crying, staff let me in my room while my husband dealed with the paperwork. Children were given little kids packs to play with which to me was a very nice thing to do as we have never experienced... more

Bit late I know but better late than never!! Have stayed at this hotel on a weekly basis for over 18 months. Absolutely love it. Work in travel industry so have experiences good and bad!! The staff are wonderful, extremely helpful, rooms are excellent and to compensate for road noise (which I never found intrusive) the provision of an electric... more

We booked this last minute following a disaster with a room booked with a competitor company. The telephone booking line was very efficient and helpful in trying to find us a room in the area at such short notice. The room was quite large with twin beds and all the usual Premier Inn stuff, TV, Tea and Coffee, en-suite bathroom... more

We booked two rooms at the premier lodge in Barking, luckily both were at the back of the hotel away from the busy road. Their website does warn you about the noisy road though. The room my sister and her husband were in was a good size with a kingsize bed, mine was pretty standard for a travel inn, both... more
