Stayed here for a London weekend. Chose hotel based on reviews and value for money. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, noise was minimal considering its next to an A-road. Tried to check-In shortly after noon on day of arrival, but after a long wait at reception, a room was not available for allocation at that time. We needed a cheap hotel close to the London City Airport and booked this hotel online with some trepidation, we were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, lovely clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities, restaurant/bar within the hotel, easy walking distance to underground (or £7 cab ride if you have luggage) £15/20 cab ride to airport. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a couple of times . Good location if you have any business in East London and have a car . Rooms are clean . Good sleep quality . Charges 3 pounds to park cars overnight . 24 hour Tesco is 5 minutes walk . There are other shops like Lidl, Pizza Hut , KFC, McDonald's around .... More

I stayed at the hotel a year ago for 4 nights whilst going sightseeing in London. The walk from the underground is about 20min walk which was quite hard with our cases, but not bad. The rooms were as good you would expect from a good price hotel, not to big but not too small, enough to sleep and shower... More

I have stayed in this hotel because it's very close from excel exhibition center & actually this is the best hotel in that local area ( better then next door premier inn which charge £ 100 + for the same facilities )

In general the hotel seems to be in good conditions. The service was good, they solve your toilet problem in 1 second, moving us to another room across the aisle. The room wasn't in a very good shape, some of the furniture was damaged, but in general the room fit is purpose.

The service was very friendly. Appliances for making tea and coffee with bagged tea and coffee for our use. Enormous, comfortable bed. Hair dryer included. Great room design. 5 minutes to 24h Tesco. 10-15 minutes to Lidl/Pizza Hut/McDonald's/KFC/Others, and Barking Tube station The only drawback: Our room card needed to be activated or replaced every day.

I have stayed here a few times when visiting the area and its great for somewhere to pop your head down for the night, has all the basics you need and at a cheap rate. Neighbouring hotels have nice restaurants in the evening and breakfast continental style is available. I would stay again.
