We were warmly welcomed by Sally, who gave us a short tour of the house, including our rooms, and a place to keep our bikes. They have a horse livery at the back. The rooms were very neat and had a cleverly located bathroom. It felt very cosy and homey. We were provided with fresh milk and tea/coffee facilities in... More

So glad I booked Little Tidebrook Farm - if unfortunately only for 1 night. Sally and Mike were both superb hosts. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful - both making our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and also by giving plenty of advice around the sightseeing we planned in the area. My friend & I shared... More

We had such a lovely stay at Little Tidebrook Farm, Sally and her husband couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, from the moment we exchanged emails. The rooms were fantastic and clean and we had lounge area to use when we returned from the local wedding we were attending. There were 4 adults and 4 children in our party... More

This was our first experience of a B&B and could not have been better. Sally is a warm and welcoming hostess, and the kids fell in love with Phoebe at first sight (given a chance the boys would have returned her to Australia with us).The rooms are clean, well appointed and the bath in the double was a wonderful treat.... I was looking for somewhere to stay overnight while working in nearby Tunbridge Wells. I picked Little Tidebrook Farm almost at random from an internet listing. Suffice it to say, that was almost 3 years ago and I've stayed dozens of times since. I've slept in all three rooms and, although I have my favourite, they are all comfortable and... More

I had booked this B and B for 4 nights for a friend and myself.....plus my dog. When we arrived we were met by Sally and her dogs-nice and friendly. However I was very disappointed to find that my dog was not allowed in the bedroom..and had to go in a cage in the lounge/dining room and then be put... More

We were attending a wedding in Tunbridge Wells and had a 2 night stay here. A very nice little B and B run by a very friendly couple. Great value for money. Room was small but comfy. A very nice breakfast served with a smile.

We stayed at Little Tidebrook Farm B&B for three nights in late June, we were attending a family wedding at Wadhurst Castle which is in the nearby village of Wadhurst. The hosts, Sally and Michael were lovely and made us feel at home during our stay, they gave us plenty on information about the area and places to eat in... More

Me and my dad stayed here for 2 nights and i honestly believe this is the nicest bnb I have been to. Firstly the owners Sally and Michael greeted us with a friendly tone and were nice and made me feel confertable. The house itself was big and used the space well, it was split in two, the top floor... More

This was our second visit and I wrote in the visitors book that Sally pulled out all the stops in looking after her guests (there were others there besides us). Other comments in the visitors book said similar. She and hubby Michael coped with variable breakfast times/demands, stayed cheerful. Food & room excellent. The whole place is clean & warm.... More
