I stayed for two nights in room 2 and couldn't get enough of the view - the sea, the pier - which you can enjoy lying in bed or sitting in the armchairs next to the big window! The room was spotless and of generous size, everything needed was provided and more. The range of breakfasts was amazing - I'm... more

Just returned from a very enjoyable three days at Seaspray. Dale and Jo made us very welcome and the breakfasts were delicious. Omletes were made to order as I could not eat the enormous full English( my partner did!) Freshly brewed coffee or tea and plenty of hot toast accompanied. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. We ate at Whites... more

Never been to a a better run, or more friendly bed and breakfast. Jo and Dale are a delight. They love to make the people staying with them happy. Spotless, full of everything you would need, wonderful seaviews, tasty, choice filled breakfast available. The postoffice has the postcode for this place listed as St. Leonards-on-Sea. It isn't. It is only... more

Seaspray is the best B+B I have stayed in. From the moment they open the door, Jo and Dale make you feel completely welcome and at home. The building is beautifully decorated and the rooms all have lovely aspects and are very well equipped. You are literally 10 seconds from the sea and it is only 10 minutes easy walk... more

We very much enjoyed our stay at this oceanside b&b in St. Leonards-on-Sea which, for all intents and purposes, is within the city of Hastings. The proprietors, Jo and Dale, were very friendly and hospitable, and very helpful about sightseeing and restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with wonderful ocean views. (Our party had Room 2--a hike... more

The breakfast next morning was lovley, with friendly banter from our hosts. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend... more

First time visitors to Hastings and booked Seaspray after reading comments on TripAdvisor. Certainly made very welcome and the breakfast choice and standard is exceptional. In room 2 at the top of the house with magnificent views, the climb up the stairs is well rewarded. Very friendly hosts in Dale and Jo,especially Dale being a mine of information regarding the... more

Seaspray has a fantastic situation in the historic town of Hastings. Dale was a fountain of knowlegde and filled us in on many questions that kept popping up about this extraordinary town with its ancient and modern history and its dynamic contemporary life. The town has truely many facets. Seaspray reflected the time gone by and is a part of the... more

Thanks to Jo and Dale. We have perfectly been looked after in our 5-day-stay at Seaspray. Absolutely marvellous Panorama from our lovely and spacious room (3rd floor) overlooking Hastings Pier. Great breakfast and Dale is an absolutely perfect day-out-advisor for Hastings and surrounding. Hopefully we will be back sometimes. Absolutely recommendable. more
