Well what a great weeks holiday my husband and I have just had, the staff were very friendly, the site was clean, showers were good but better in the new block. This was an ideal base for getting out and about, beach just over the road, we walked along the beach to Bexhill on sea, we also took our bikes... More

A friend has a caravan just up the lane in the static site, he recommended this site to us because it was not rowdy, there was no club house & it was peaceful. The reviews for this site did leave me skeptical but I trusted his judgement. So glad I did. Upon arrival the staff were polite, not overly friendly... More

Camped here during July with our grandchildren aged 16 and 10 years and we were very impressed. Really welcoming, helpful and friendly staff and immaculately clean and pleasant shower/loo block with constant hot water and effective showers. Lovely planters full of flowers and grounds that were well tended. Security barriers operate from 7am until 11pm, and outside of these times... More

Great campsite, very clean, well spaced, lovely surroundings, very friendly and helpful staff. My 3-year old hasn't stopped asking when we'll go back. Very close to the sea for a quick swim and kite flying. Easy walk from Norman's Bay station (but no trains on Sundays). Never had to queue for the (very hot and clean) showers.

Have stayed here quite a few times as it is our nearest CC site. Have never had a bad experience, some pitches are better than others but that is always the way with any campsite One block of showers is quite old but they have a newer one at the other end of the site so you have the choice... Spend 2 nights camping with the family 2 daughters 3 granddaughters & 3 dogs, no problem getting tents together, some sites don't like group bookings. Very friendly site, Shower & Toilet block very clean, water was always hot. Great location opposite the beach, which was dog friendly, 2 miles from shops. We were sited near the kids play area which... More

I was really worried about visiting this site as there where such bad reviews. Arrived on the 5th July it was really raining. Went into reception and they couldn't have been more helpful. we were early to be pitched, they let us wait in car park and plugged us into to their electrics so we could wait and have a... More

First time at a CC site, excellent site clean, friendly, quiet, dog friendly, close to the beach. Staff friendly and very helpful, lent us a dog lead as we had left ours at home. Fish and chip van at sit Friday evenings, walked into Pevensey Bay along the beach. Can get very windy.

Have just completed our second week's visit this year and already scheduled another after the school holidays. Wife's family have been visiting this site for 'donkey's-years', from when it was just a field. If you expect your children to be able to play boisterous games, especially football etc. it is definitely not the one for you. If you are happy... More
