There's nothing in particular to like or dislike- you could be anywhere in the UK once you're inside, but the receptionist was really helpful. Clean room, comfy bed, but I always feel it is a bit overpriced

This is a nice quiet Premier Inn ideally located for anyone who wants to stay the night before, or after catching the Dieppe ferry. It's quite literally 2 minutes drive from the ferry and ideally situated next to a supermarket and close to a couple of fast food outlets.

I use Premier Inn for both business and pleasure and have never experienced a problem. They are generally good value for money and the staff, in my experience are friendly and helpful. This one at Newhaven was no exception.

Have stayed in far more expensive hotels than Premiere Inns but didn't come close to your standards. Linen, bed, bathroom, staff and food were all excellent. We will definitely stay at Premier Inns again.

Reception was great & friendly, room was fresh & clean, TOTALLY SILENT!!!, never heard any banging doors, TVs etc, Got a great price deal by early booking. Absolutely faultless. One small tip-if it is raining try and park in bays around the edge of the car park not the ones facing the centre of the carpark or you might need... More

A Premier Inn is a Premier Inn, decent room, god bed, hot water and somewhere to rest ones head. After a day of torrential rain at nearby Plumpton races it was great to receive a warm, friendly and informative welcome at reception. The meal at the adjoining Brewers Fayre was fine but not as good value at a Wetherspoons. The... More

We stayed here for 2 nights with my young children and my parents we had booked 2 rooms and when we arrived asked if we could be close together even though the rooms had already been allocated they moved one of us round and we ended opposite each other nothing was too much trouble and the staff were wonderful

We booked in so that we were close to the port for our journey back to the continent. The receptionist remembered us from our last stay, which was impressive. We found that even though the Premier Inn has been refurbished, there was still a double bed in the disabled room. Most odd, not all disabled people travel with a partner,... More

We used this hotel for a stop over before going to Butlins to extend our holiday. The hotel isn't in the best of locations and the post code sends you to McDonalds round the corner but apart from that we had a great nights stay. The welcome and help from Max on reception was excellent. The pub/restaurant next door was... More

You always know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. The beds are excellent, really comfortable and you would go a long way to find better. They are also very well maintained and clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly and this was certainly the case during this visit. The Brewer's Fare pub and restaurant provided us with an... More
