A rather worn Premier Inn with a rather worn Brewers Fayre adjacent. Room was very hot (26.5C +) but otherwise comfortable and clean. Very convenient for Newhaven Ferry port but otherwise unremarkable.

Access easy with directions given , but have confidence as it is the last place on Drove Industrial estate , beyond "Sainsbury's" access and car park off of the adjoining round-about . Normal pub food available in adjoining building, Cards taken for drinks. Had a poor breakfast in Sbrys , very very slow there , coffee machine 1 at a... More

I get it. They're basic, functional rooms but the overwhelming smell of hospital issue cleaning solution as you enter the lobby reminds you of just how functional this hotel is. The bed maybe pitched as comfortable but it's the size of a piece of toast. We are a tall couple but not particularly wide and we were virtually on top... More

We stayed here recently with friends ahead of a short ferry trip over to Normandy. Despite having called ahead to get directions from the train station, we found the hotel rather difficult to find and it is quite a fair walk with luggage, especially if it is raining! As it was, we wisely took a taxi to the ferry terminal... More

A typical Premier Inn hotel. We've been there by car and there was enough parking nearby. The location is 5 minutes of driving to the sea, about 20 minutes to Brighton, 25 minutes to Beachy Head. There is a huge Sainsbury's supermarket right nearby. The breakfast was good, however until 8-9 AM there was no warm buffet for self-service, so... More

Stayed with friends cycling the Avenue Verte before a morning ferry. Does the basics well and the staff were friendly and helpful. Bikes were stored in the laundry room without any problems. Breakfast was typical cereals and cooked English with generous portions.

Visited this hotel on the evening of 25/06/15 on arrival the lady was very happy we checked into our room which was a lovely room we didn't stay in it that long before heading out in Brighton to a concert! The room was everything you need and more! The lady behind the reception was very helpful and polite ordering us... More

In order to tour attractions in Sussex we stayed a few nights. This is a typical Premier Inn, with friendly staff and meals in a pub close by - though we only used for breakfasts. The (disabled) room was clean, with everything working, and at the quiet (rear) of the hotel. Right by the hotel is a Sainsbury's garage and superstore.... More

We arrived tired and hungry and in need to repair punctures!!! We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who attended to our bike needs, hunger and the fact our sofa bed had not been made up- my mistake on booking not hers. She offered to make up whilst we ate, safely stored our bikes and provided us with more towels.... More

Very comfy bed and very pleasant staff on reception are the only pros from our one night stay. The noise levels in the corridors and from the upstairs room meant for a restless night along with the unbearably hot room. Our early start the next morning also meant the 'self service' breakfast was not out and we had to order... More
