Having parked in the large car parknat the rear of the hotel we were efficiently checked in by a young Australian chap who was quite happy to help us with our bags up the narrow winding staircases and through the corridors to our room on the 3rd floor. We had booked a Deluxe room which was very spacious and the... More

I stayed one night here. They gave me the family room (which is a suite with one twin and one double room and a shared bathroom) for a discounted rate because I was by myself. Room was very clean, and the bed nice and comfortable, bathroom was very modern and excellent. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and efficient. I'll... More

I arrived around 3pm, when one young man appeared to be running the whole place. He checked me in very efficiently, explained the options and times for dinner and breakfast, showed me to my room and 15 minutes later was pouring me a pint of Harvey's Bitter (excellent) in the bar, which is open to the public. The bedroom was... More

The rooms were basic, but clean, comfortable and with all we needed. The hotel has free wifi, nice lounge area, and most important, an excellent restaurant. The breakfast is buffet + a dish of choice freshly prepared by a proper chef. We went back for dinner twice. The only problem we had it's that one night they hosted a big... More

Booked an executive double for 2 nights at a competitive price. Room (20) and bed were large and en-suite had both shower and bath. Good sized towels were provided. Traffic noise was to be expected as hotel is on a main road. Downsides were: the blind had no pull cord and had to be rolled up by hand and balanced... More

Great hotel, spent two nights there. Fantastic staff, had dinner & breakfast, delicious. From the receptionist to the room maids everyone was lovely. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Also parking has plenty of spaces. Thank you for our wonderful weekend.

Enjoyed our two night stay at the Brambletye. Rooms were comfortable, restaurant efficient and courtyard pleasant in sunshine. As a group of 11 we opted to dine in a private room and were well looked after, (though as a conference room during the day, it lacked a little atmosphere for evening dining but this was not a significant problem). The... More

Booked this on a business stop over, via late rooms Room spacious and clean, staff very attentive and food good. Had my evening meal and breakfast. Good value for money, large car park and an ample menu

I've stayed in the Brambletye on several occasions working for a nearby client. Without exception the rooms are spotless and comfortable. The beds are comfy and the linen is good quality too. Breakfast is good but the evening menu doesn't always inspire and the bar is not always the most welcoming place. My main problem is that the staff are... More

This hotel is very good value for the money. The rooms are a great size, spotlessly clean and beds are extremely comfortable with good quality linen, beautifully laundered. This, considering also the area and the closeness of amenities, makes the hotel a real bargain for the price - we used it for a night after visiting the races at Lingfield... More

Thank you for your review and you positive comments. I have spoken to our kitchen team regards breakfast and they have taken on board your observations Regarding the bath, after investigating this was one which was re-enamelled within the last 12 months, I will be asking the contractor to revisit and address it. Once again thanks and look forward to... More
