What a wonderful b&b! Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and owners make you feel so welcome. Very reasonably priced. I had the best nights sleep followed by a very tasty breakfast. Very central to Bexhill, a short walk into town or seafront. I stayed here whilst working in the area but if I came back I would definitely stay... More

My room was spotlessly clean. The hosts were attentive without being overbearing; just the right balance. Good value for money given the area. Excellent breakfasts; the best fried eggs I've had in years.

My ideal B&B is a farm out in the country with views over green fields and a few dogs wandering around, but given that this is in suburbia it's as good as you will get Parking wasn't brilliant, the road was full so had to park in sidestreet, it wasn't raining so to walk 100 yards didn't matter The owner... From Vancouver Island to Bexhill-on-Sea. From the moment we were welcomed we were made to feel comfortable. A much appreciated pot of tea with biscuits was brought to our room by Tracy. Malcolm's breakfasts are legendary. He especially provided black pudding as I had mentioned it as a favourite. The rooms were truly lovely. It was a family occasion involving... More

We stayed here in late September for 2 nights - attending a show at the De La Warr Pavilion. The room we had was spotless and beautifully equipped with a small balcony overlooking the back garden. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom facilities were spot on, the TV was modern and received loads of channels and the tea/coffee... More

Third time we have stayed with Malcolm and Tracy. Every time first class. Room spotless, very modern, great on suite shower room and small fridge. Nothing is too much trouble for Malcolm and Tracy who even dried our clothes after we got caught in a down pour. Breakfast has great variety and is well cooked. Five minute stroll to the... More
