I really enjoyed my stay In this lovely seaside bed and breakfast. The staff were all friendly and very helpful pointing out places to go and things to see in the local area, which was great as I'd never been to Bexhill before. My room was very clean and tidy, with a very comfortable memory foam bed, great facilities, and... More

Previous reviews seemed to indicate this was a good b&b. We didn't want a big hotel but a small friendly b&b. We stayed this week for two nights in one room with our 4 and 7 year old. Good points: Friendly welcome, we arrived before check in time and they stored our luggage before getting the room. Room clean and... More

very nice and friendly owners. room was spotlessly clean I think the fuse blew to the lights at 11pm.. but not the B&B's fault if this isn't a reoccurring issue. only negatives really were a creaky bed and a small tv but I would happily stay again and recommend it. very near the beach and pavilion... parking can be a... I stopped at Park Lodge B & B this Saturday with my husband. It is a very nice and welcoming place. Staff is smiley bubbly and very helpful, the atmosphere nice. The room was spotless clean and well equipped, full English breakfast excellent! I would also like to mention the honesty of owners - because of my absent mindedness I... More

This charming B&B is only a pebble's throw from the sea-front and the Pavilion, and just a short walk from the station. We stayed last week for 2 nights (3 adults) - as I was intending to see a band. Despite the fact that we arrived very late, due to a journey which took much longer than expected, the landlord... More

For £65 a night even though supposedly the beds were new and did look new it was money wasted as all night every time you turned over the bed squeaked so much it always woke you up. I do not go to any guest house to have to try and keep perfectly still to avoid squeaking noise or try to... More

We stopped for one night to visit family before travelling down to Paignton. Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room and great choice for breakfast. Water and tea/coffee facilities in the room, comfy bed and clean. En-suite arrangement a little odd with a separate shower cubicle in the room with a separate sink and the toilet in a separate little room but... More

We booked into Park Lodge because we were visiting the area to attend a funeral. The lady who took our reservation couldn't be nicer, the guy that showed us to our room couldn't have been more helpful and the people serving breakfast were pleasant but unfortunatley the landlord was none of the above. I had lost something so I called... More
