Home from home is exactly what it is clean friendly and homely I stayed there for a week whilst I was working I'd definitely recommend looking this place up and the breakfast is top notch and with reasonable prices all in all was very impressed.

“The best B&B I've stayed in”

My husband mark stayed in this b&b for a few months whilst working in the area and he was very pleased with! Very welcoming room was always clean and ready for my arrival. Thank you for the pleasant stay

“Good value B & B”

Good sized, very clean room, though with shared bathroom. Excellent traditional English breakfast. Good value and would certainly stay there again. Leiston isn't as fashionable as Aldeburgh, but it's just up the road and much better value!

we have just got back for the second time staying at home from home, as usual Lisa was so lovely and accommodating, we could not fault anything, warm comforting room and bed and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is amazing.
